The palate is cean, light and balanced. This Sauvignon Blanc is made in a style that is delicate in its tropical fruit flavours, mouth-watering in its acid balance and dry to keep the weight of the wine in check. Fresh and dry with a hint of grassy notes that make this wine a joy to savour.
This Sauv Blanc Time on skins prior to pressing allows us to extract maximum flavour. Minimal intervention from this point, has produced a wine of bright natural acidity, forward and appealing fruit flavours.
